Umm GOING TO ACCEPT the same fate as FELDA?

Wahh! Easy right he can escape the penalties for defamation sow ye? It's that easy je the court to drop the case?

Posted at him slip away. Posted at Felda payable costs to the former Deputy Minister of Land and Cooperative ni.

The case will fall just because - because the Felda had failed to prove that Tan Kee Kwong making defamatory statements are commingled. Read the report below:

KUALA LUMPUR, August 16 - Kuala Lumpur High Court today ruled Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) and investment company failed in a RM200 million defamation suit against former Deputy Minister of Land and Cooperative Development Minister, Dr. Tan Kee Kwong.

Judge Datin Zabariah Mohd. Yusof in his decision said, although he found the defamatory words, and it refers to the Felda board as a plaintiff but failed to prove that Kee Kwong has mentioned the alleged defamatory words and is responsible for the publication of the article in the newspaper Suara Keadilan.

According to the judge, the plaintiff has failed to call Faizal Zakaria, who was a journalist Suara Keadilan to testify in court to confirm that Kee Kwong has said the alleged defamatory words when interviewed. - The Star

If you like this, very happy for the trial last la ni. Je talk to anything in the newspapers, the insults can go as they please and make claims that are not - not.

When someone summons us in court, we need not fear. But we need to make sure that journalists do not report to appear in court tu. Easy right?

Pulak pulak arises the question of the case Umi ni Hafilda which he has filed suit against his mind before making slanderous.

Ummi today filed the suit following the publication of an article issued by Malaysiakini by a former business partner.

Today, Ummi filed default judgments against Azman Abdullah for not attending the court proceedings in the case.

So, whether unlettered jugak will suffer the same fate as the Felda in which case he later ni will drop the case because the court failed to prove these things?

Notwithstanding its decision, the Court of Justice has shown that the system in Malaysia is still fair and not favoritism.

Not like those expressed by the parties - the opposition parties over the years. When you hit the diorang, not just talk court it, was it, this is it. But when it all was well in favor of mere diorang. How unlucky!
